During you first visit to Rebound Physical Therapy, you will be provided with a notice detailing HIPAA and how your information may be used and disclosed. Medical Records
All patient health care information at Rebound Physical Therapy is confidential. Therefore, medical records cannot be released to any person without the authorization of the patient or the patient's legally authorized representative (unless authorized by law).
